How I work
As an accredited British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) counsellor with over 14 years of experience, I specialise in Humanistic Integrative Counselling—an approach that honours the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit.
I believe that everyone holds the potential to move beyond fear and difficulty. By cultivating self-awareness, compassion, and understanding, we can grow in confidence and create more meaningful, fulfilling lives.
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore both conscious and unconscious experiences. I see the therapeutic relationship as a powerful catalyst for healing—one that supports ongoing self-discovery and transformation. With the right support, new possibilities emerge, along with a deeper sense of inner peace.
I am trained to listen deeply, reflect with care, and offer gentle, encouraging guidance. Together, we work to clarify the challenges you face and uncover pathways to change. My aim is to create an environment where you feel truly seen, understood, and empowered to reconnect with your authentic self.
Clients often share that they leave our sessions feeling calmer, more confident, and more aligned with their direction in life. Alongside deep emotional work, I also offer practical tools to manage anxiety, unhelpful thought patterns, and compulsive behaviours—helping you build a more balanced and resilient life.
